Easy Bread 🍞

Easy Bread 🍞
Steps
- 1
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl (whatever works for you). When it's coming together, transfer onto bench (with some flour so it doesn't stick) and give it a knead into one big dough ball.
- 2
Place dough ball back into original bowl and cover with a tea towel and let rise for at least an hour.
- 3
Once it's risen, *PREHEAT OVEN 200°, FAN FORCED*
Knead the dough in the bowl to remove any air bubbles. Then, knead further on the bench.
- 4
When you're happy with the consistency, divide the dough in half (to make 2 smaller dough balls). Put 1 aside and knead out the other into an oval shape. Once that's done, roll the dough from one end to the other. Pinch the dough "joins" together, so it's now seamless. (Pick it up and smack it down on the bench to remove any hidden air bubbles.
- 5
Place dough, log onto some baking paper, and then repeat for the other dough ball.
- 6
Now, you'll have 2 dough logs on the baking paper. Give them a quick butter, egg, or milk wash and pop them in the over at 200° (Fan Forced) for about 20-30mins.
(If it's your first time, just keep an eye on them and adjust things to suit your kitchen).
- 7
Keep under a tea towl or place in a bread tin etc, and enjoy hot, cold, or as toast!
You'll never need to buy bread again!! Enjoy 🙌🙌
