Add coffee powder and sugar in a mug. Add 1/2 tsp water and whisk it till it turns butter colour.

Heat soy milk in a pan.

Mix half portions of whisked coffee mixture in warm milk and mix.

Transfer the milk mixture into 2 serving cups. Add the remaining whisked coffee mixture on top of the cup. Sprinkle cocoa powder and cinnamon powder.

Serve hot.
