1/2 cupCucumber washed, peeled and chopped
Cucumber Thalipeeth (Kakdiche Thalipeeth)
Washed and Chopped coriander leaves 1/4 cup
Pudachi Vadi / Sambarvadi / Kothimbir Vadi (In air fryer)
Washed and chopped kale leaves 1/4 cup
1 tablespoonLemon juice
Salt, pepper and honey for taste
1-2 cupsCold water or apple juice to blend

First, wash and chop all the leaves and refrigerate them for 30 minutes.

Then blend together till smooth along with lemon juice and seasoning.

Strain the juice to remove remaining fibers. Then serve immediately in small serve glasses.
