3Wheat or White Wraps
6 Tbspmayonnaise
6 Tbspsweet chilli sauce
6 Tbspketchup Black pepper to taste
1-3 Tbspsultanas, or to taste
250 gshredded cooked chicken
3-4cherry tomatoes thinly sliced
as neededCucumber thinly sliced

Mix the mayo,chilli sauce,ketchup and sultanas together and season with black pepper.

Add the shredded chicken and stir to coat in the sauce. Stir in 2 tbsp water to loosen if needed.

Pre-heat a frying pan on medium heat, place a wrap in the pan and lightly dry fry either side for 10-15 seconds.

Place the wrap on a plate, add the all salad as desired lengthways along the wrap and top with the chicken filling. Roll half way, fold both ends in and continue rolling. Cut in half and enjoy with fries / chips.
