Heat milk 🥛 in a deep nonstick pan; drain & grind rice with 2-3 tbsp water & grind coarsely
Add ground rice in to the milk & cook ; stirring till thick
Add cardamom powder mix well add jaggery & switch off gas ; jaggery will melt in warm phirni

Add chopped walnuts & stir nicely
Pour in to individual earthen pot & garnish with some sliced almonds & pistachio { optional } dry rose petals
Keep in refrigerator for set ; after 3-4 hrs when set enjoy chilled phirni
