Mix dal poha rawa with ground rice Fenugreek seeds
And grind.
Make a powder.Transfer in a big vessel and add
Curd and water.Mix it well. Beat with
finger.Approx.5-7min. Cover and keep it to Ferment for 12-15hr. - 2
Now take batter and beat again for 7-8min.Add ginger chilli paste asofoetida salt and oil. Mix it properly and take half batter in another vessel. Add 1tsp.eno and few drops of lemon.Beat it well. Transfer in a grease plate.Steam for 12-15min. in a pre heat steamer.

Take out plate and sprinkle pepper powder chaat masala and drizzle oil.
Serve with coriander Coconut chutney and oil.Tasty Khatta Dhokla is ready to serve.
