In a bowl put your chicken and salt to the chicken,the garlic powder and some other spices of your choice then put a tsp of oil to hold the spices together and nd let the chicken marinate

While the chicken is marinating scrap your carrots and add a little bit of salt and oil and put them in the oven for 20 minutes
And start preparing for your green salad

In a hot pan with oil put chicken on medium heat because high flames may result to under cooked chicken Once it’s done take your chicken and carrots out of the oven and start plating
