  • 2 cupsflour (about 250 grams)
  • 4eggs
  • 2 cupsmilk (about 500 ml)
  • Pinchsalt or sugar
  • Butter for cooking

Steps

5 min/crêpe
  1. 1

    Whisk the eggs, then add the flour and milk. Mix well to avoid lumps.

  2. 2

    Tip: You can use an immersion blender to prevent lumps.

  3. 3

    Add salt or sugar.

  4. 4

    Cook with butter or oil. The first one always takes longer to cook.
