Easy Yogurt Jelly with Your Favorite Fruits

I made this as a snack for my daughter.
I used frozen blueberries and bananas.
Bananas discolor pretty quickly, so dip everything in the jelly mixture to prevent it from reacting with the air, or top right before serving.
Also good with strawberries, mangos, canned tangerines, and canned peaches. Recipe by Yuinyan mama

Steps
- 1
Mix boiling water and gelatin in a measuring cup. When the gelatin is fully dissolved, add sugar and stir well.
- 2
When the sugar is completely dissolved, add yogurt until the cup holds 250 ml in total. Mix, then add milk to 350 ml. Stir well.
- 3
Pour into small cups. Add any fruits you'd like and chill in the fridge to harden.
- 4
*The result will be fairly firm. If you'd like it jiggly, add another 50 ml of milk.
