Make some nori rice balls filled with whatever kind of fillings you like. Shape them into 2 ears and a head.

On top of the head add a little cooked white rice.

Make the eyes out of a cheese slice and nori seaweed, and stick on to finish.

Add some shine to the eyes with a tiny blob of mayo. You can't see it on the picture, but I also stuck on a nose.
