First of all clean and wash the spinach and blanch it in hot and cold water. Then drain the water and make a puree in a mixer jar.

Sift both the ground rice and maida and mix all the dry ingredients and ginger chili paste. Then add the melted butter and grated cheese

Now add the prepared spinach puree. Now mix it well and make medium dough with needed water..I have taken.Grease the chakli maker with oil and make all the chakli from the dough.

Now when the oil is hot, take the chakli with the help of a tong and put it in the oil. Fry the chaklis on medium heat until the foam subsides. It takes 7-8 minutes to fry 1 time.

Healthy, Crispy Spinach ground rice chakli is ready. When it gets cool, keep it in an airtight container. It stays good for 15 days.
