Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1 cupsoya
  • 1carrot
  • 1medium capsicum
  • 1medium tomato
  • 1medium onion
  • 1/4 tablespoonjeera
  • 1/4 tablespoonturmeric
  • 1/4 tablespoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tablespoongaram masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoonchat masala
  • 1medium greenchilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add wheat flour,salt and make a dough keep it in rest for 10 min.

  2. 2

    Soak soya chunks about 20 min until it will be soft. Squeeze the chunks and rinse the water.

  3. 3

    Take kadai add oil heat it, add jeera,greenchili,onion and fry it till golden brown. Add tomato, carrot,capsicum and soya chunks.

    Add spices turmeric, Redchillipowder,garam masala and salt.

    Add water and cook it about 10 min.

    Now take a wheatflour dough,make it like chapati. Add soya chunks masala into it and roll it.
