Season rice with sesame oil, S&P, sesame seed (optional)

Sautee carrots and sprinkle with salt. Set aside

Mix tuna with mayonaise or you can pour mayo on top of tuna if you like

Lay a sheet of nori, spread rice evenly and leave 1 margin at the end of the nori sheet

Add your ingredients, whatever comes first it depends on your choice.just make it neat

Roll your stuffed nori and gently press.

Make sure your knife is always clean, otherwise a sticky knife will ruin the gimbab

Sprinkle with sesame seed if you wish
