1 cupQuinoa Flour homemade
4 tsprava - semolina
4 tspcurd
2 tspchopped onion
2 tspchopped tomato
2 tspgrated carrot
2 tspchopped coriander
1 tspgreen chilli paste
1 tspginger paste
1pich baking soda
Salt to taste
Water as required
Oil to fry appe

Take whole quinoa, wash in water 4 times to remove dust and bitter taste of it. Rinse properly, strain all water in the strainer. Keep aside in a plate or on a cloth to dry. Heat a pan, add quinoa, and roast on a very low flame of gas to remove all moisture. Cool it completely, grind in mixer, strain it, grind coarse flour again, strain it again, like the same way make quinoa flour.

Take a bowl, add quinoa flour, and semolina. Mix well. Add curd and all veggies, salt, soda, and water as required to make appe batter.

Take appe pan, drizzle oil in cavities, then put 1 tsp batter in each cavity. Cover a lid. Cook for 3 mins. Open the lid and flip all appe, cook it for 2 mins.

Appe is ready to serve. Serve hot with chutney and tomato ketchup. Enjoy.
