Steps

Take amaranth and chestnut flour as provided above.

In a hot wok add ghee.
- 3
Once ghee is heated add both the flour and mix well till it's brown in color.

Now add warm water as required to achive desired consistency.

Now add sugar, cardamom powder and dry fruit powder and mix well.

Cook well and serve hot with chopped dry fruits as topping
- 7
Now once the halwa is ready offer to lord ganesha as prasad :).
