Steps

Peel wash and cut carrot in long pieces.

Cut capsicum and beans in strips.

Cut cauliflower in florets.

Heat oil in pan add chopped garlic and ginger. cook add chopped onion cook little now add chopped green onion and vegetables.

Cook vegetables till half done. Now add Szechuan sauce, chilli powder,soya sauce and salt mix.

Mix cornflour and water in one bowl.

Add cornslurry in vegetable mix.

Add vinegar.mix

Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with rice or noodles.
