Arrange the ingredients, first to save time.

In a wide pan roast
jackfruit flour on low flame till aromatic. Set aside. In the same pan heat 2 Tsp ghee and roast chopped pumpkin. - 5
Add 1/3 cup milk to the roasted pumpkin. Cool down and grind to paste

To the same pan add and heat the rest 2 Tbsp ghee and the ground pumpkin. Then add 1/2 cup milk and jaggery powder.

Mix well. Now add the super food jackfruit flour, salt and group black pepper.

Again mix well and add cardamom powder and roasted sesame seeds. Now the ingredients become thicker and cooked and ready to prepare burfi.

Cool down naturally or may keep covered in the refrigerator in a greased baking tin to set. De- mould and cut into pieces.

Garnish with roasted white sesame seeds/chopped dry fruits and per choice. Serve and enjoy with family members and friends. Thanks.
