Quinoa Thepla
Steps

Take a container add Quinoa flour, wheat flour,Besan, salt, green chilli paste, red chilli powder, little bit oil,Coriander leave mix it well.

Take a water add as required make a soft dough and keep it rest for 15min.
- 3
Take a pan heat it and make it like chapati and roaste it both side by applying oil.

Quinoa flour thepla is ready. Serve it hot with curd or ketchup.
