Chia seeds are an excellent source of fiber, which can improve heart health, reduce cholesterol levels and promote intestinal health. Chia seeds contain fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and a variety of vitamins!
Steps

Make coconut milk from fresh coconut. In grinder add 3 table spoon fresh coconut pieces & it's water. Make puree & strain it. Now soaked chia seeds in it for 2 hour.

In a pan add khaand & some drops of water. After boiled it add dry fruits in it. Stir it continues. When both ingredients mix together off the flame.

Cut fruits into mideum size. Take honey and mix it in chia seeds. Take a glass bowl add fruit & chia seeds material.

Mix it very well. At last add ceramlized dry fruits pieces. (On a napkin cloth with the help of rolling pin make fine pieces)

All things mix carefully. Now it ready for eat. Take some oranges slices remove their thin white skin separate their fibers & add on ready fruit salad.
