Assemble all ingredients, mix custard powder into 4 tbsp milk and keep aside.

Put the milk to boil and wait for a rolling boil.

Add Sugar and simmer the milk for 5-6 minutes.

Now add custard mix and keep stirring to avoid lumps, keep stirring till bubbles arrive.
Lower flame, add Vanilla Essence, and cook for 3-4 minutes more. - 5
Bubbles have come and it is cooked nicely.

Mixture thickens, switch off the flame, and keep stirring while cooling. Custard is ready.

Transfer to a mixing bowl, let it come to room temperature, and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

Add chopped fruits and mix in chilled custard and mix nicely.
