Wash and clean ginger root, peel and grated, remove it's fresh juice, keep aside, take freshly squeeze lemon juice 🍋, add ginger juice, lemon zest, ground cinnamon powder, ground star anise, sugar / honey 🍯and mix well, cover and rest for 10 mins.

After 10 mins add cold water 💦 and mix well,add ice cubes in serving glasses 🥤 and pour the juice on top 🥤and serve, garnish with a small pinch of ground cinnamon powder & ground star anise powder, mint leaves 🌱, enjoy this refreshing drink.
