Hake in milky onion sauce

This is an amazingly simple and incredibly tasty dish. The fish is very juicy, the spices add flavor, and the gravy is suitable for any side dish.
Don't ignore coconut oil, it adds a touch of exoticism.

Cut the Hake fillet into convenient, portioned pieces. Place in a container, sprinkling with fish spices to taste. Squeeze the juice of half a small lemon on top.
- 2
Cut the onion into half rings.
- 3
Heat oil, vegetable oil, butter and coconut in a deep frying pan. Add onion. Season with pepper and add Worcestershire sauce.
- 4
Simmer the onion over low heat until transparent. Add the bay leaf and cook the onion, covered, until soft.
- 5
Place the fish in the onion. Keep covered for three minutes. Pour in the milk and simmer the fish until done. Add salt to taste.
- 6
At the end add finely chopped dill. Remove the bay leaf.
