Cooking Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Peel 2-3 cloves of garlic. Crush them with the wide side of the knife. Place in oil.

Boneless chicken thighs, salt and season to taste on both sides. Place in a frying pan, in oil and garlic.

Fry on both sides over medium heat for about five minutes. Remove the garlic. Cool the chicken covered.

Peel the tangerines. Divide the tangerine into slices. Cut each slice in half.

Place the mix of lettuce leaves in a convenient container. Tangerines on top.

Cut the chicken meat into small pieces. Add to salad.

Pass the garlic through a press, or grate it on a fine grater. Add to mayonnaise. Mix well and season the salad.
