Ingredients

  • 2 blockstofu
  • 1egg
  • 5 tbspflour
  • Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and pat dry tofu.

  2. 2

    Beat the egg and place flour in a plate

  3. 3

    Heat pan and add oil.

  4. 4

    Take tofu dip in egg then in flour and fry it until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Repeat the process until all are done.
