First of all, heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and when the cumin seeds splutter, add finely chopped green chillies.

Now add ginger garlic paste, sweet curry leaves and mash with hands.

After that add asafoetida and suate for a few minutes. Then add water to it and mix it well, add turmeric powder and salt to it and mix it well and let the water boil on medium gas flame.

Now add whole maize flour little by little and stir with a wooden rolling pin and mix very well on medium gas flame.

Now add sour curd to this and mix well. After that, put a pan under the pan of Khichu mixer and cook it in a medium ges flame for 10 minutes.

Now our khichu is ready. So add finely chopped green coriander leaves and mix very well.

Now our delicious and very tasty cornmeal khichu is ready for serve. Serve in serving plate and drizzle peanut oil and pickle masala on cornmeal khichu and enjoy !!
