Take one mixing bowl add semolina (suji) and curd mix well pour 1/4 glass of water and again mix altogether. Cover and Keep it for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes rest check batter if required pour little more water and adjust consistency it should be little thick add salt and Eno packet in batter stir well batter is ready now. Grease one plate with oil pour batter into the plate sprinkle red chilli powder.

Keep one big kadahi on Gas stove pour sufficient water place one small round Steel stand into the water now place dhokla plate on it cover kadahi with lid and steam for 15 to 20 minutes.

After steaming dhokla take out the plate from kadahi and let it cool down then cut into the medium sized pieces.

Keep one tadka pan on flame pour oil in it let it heat little now add mustard seeds, white sesame seeds, green chilli pieces and curry leaves let it fry for a while now add asafoetida then spread this tadka on dhokla. Suji curd dhokla is ready to serve.
