Ingredients

  • 2hairy gourd
  • Halfbowl peanut
  • Thumb size ginger
  • Halftsp salt
  • 1whole dried octopus,soaked
  • 1 literwater
  • 10 cubesPork ribs around

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water and blanch the ribs.Then wash again

  2. 2

    Pour a liter of water in a dip pot.Then let it boil.

  3. 3

    Add in ingredients except the hairy gourd.Boil for 20 mins.

  4. 4

    Then add the hairy gourd and boil for 30 mins.
