Hanpen Fish Cakes and Shiso Leaves Rolled in Pork

I've made various rolls, but I wanted to try something with the hanpen that I had in the fridge.
The shiso is really good in this, but miso paste might work, too.
Leave the edge side down while cooking, or the roll will open up. For 4 servings. Recipe by Mamyuchoko

Steps
- 1
Cut the shiso leaf vertically. Cut the hanpen in half, then continue cutting until you have 6 pieces. Mash the flesh of the umeboshi (salt-cured plum).
- 2
Lightly cover the pork in flour. Layer on the shiso, umeboshi, and hanpen and roll it up.
- 3
Heat oil in a pan. Line up the rolls, edge side down, and cook until browned.
