Put olive oil in the pot, add bacon and stir

Add onion, carrot, some salt, and sausages. Continue stirring

Once the Onions are done, add water, cabbage, and potatoes. Don't boil too hard; boil very slowly.

Cook for 20 min, add salt and pepper.
