  • 1 inchChopped ginger 🫚
  • 1 smallTomato 🍅
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric
  • Salt 🧂 to taste
  • 1/2 tspPepper powder
  • 1 tspGhee
  • 1/2 tspJeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Pressure cook Drumstick with ginger 🫚 tomato 🍅 turmeric and salt 🧂 with 2 cups of water for 3-4 whistle

    Once the pressure has settled,mash it well and strain it

    Add water if required

    Add Tadka with ghee & jeera, bring this to a boil & enjoy
