Mango leaf is considered to be very healthy and using it in hot beverages is absolutely fine. There are no such adverse effects being reported whatsoever. Hence it's absolutely beneficial and flavourful too.
These are best for treating Gall Bladder stones. Apart from this, these leaves are beneficial in hair problems. They are good for high Baking powder as well. They help with weight loss and have constantly fair amount of anti inflammatory properties too.

In this concoction or Tea that iam sharing here today, it is just the Mango leaves and the water. That's it. And either some Honey or Jaggery for the sweetness. Isn't that simply amazing?
It is indeed and the colour itself looks so appealing that anyone would love to have a sip or two of this healthy and beautiful looking Tea.
Try this for yourselves and don't forget to share your feedback or the experience with me. I would love to see your love pouring in.

Stay Blessed! Stay Healthy dear Cookpaders!

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
