9chicken wings
Some sesame seeds
Sauce
1 tspsugar
1 tbsp soy
1 tbsp mirin
grated ginger & garlic

Wash wings,pat it dry then slit.

Heat pan then fry the chicken.Set aside.

In same pan pour the sauce simmer then add in wings.

Cook until sauce are reduce.Transfer in a plate.

Then sprinkle sesame seeds.
