Chop the vegetables finely with a knife- put the mince and dried herbs on top and mix it together. No neading- let the knife do the work. Store in the fridge 1 hour.

Put it on 6 skewers. Pressing from the top down. Cool for 15 minuttes in the fridge.

Put on high grill, turning a few times. 3-4 minuttes on both sides

Serve with red onion sumac. Red onion sliced to semicircels. Chop parsley.
Massage the salt into the onion. Drizzle with olive oil- mix wth the sumac. Add salt to taste - 5
Mix all ingrediens for the white sauce

Serve with jalapenos, chilisauce and drizzle with fresh mint or parsley. Serve on flatbread/tortilla
