Heat a kadhei pour oil put cuminseeds& chanadal crackle a bit,add peanuts nicely fry.

Add onion,ginger& greenchilli sauted till it's become soften.Add carrot,beans & green peas sauted 1mints.Add cabbage & capsicum sauted 1 mints.

Add tomato slice& beatroot slice sauted 30 sec.Add wash poha.

Mix it well.Add salt & mix it well. Cooked 1 mints,not to over cooked.Red poha upma is ready. serve with lemon.

Red poha upma serve hot hot with lemon.
