Collect all ingredients to make mint leaves,lemon grass juice.

Cut lemon grass and mint leaves.keep ready.

Cut lemon grass put into water bowl. Soak chia seeds in water.

Take a juicer jar, add lemon grass,mint leaves,lemon juice, black salt and a two cups of water, blend it well.

Take a stainer,pour the juice,remove the extract. Mix soaked chia seeds mixture. Give a nice mix.Transfer the juice to a tall glass.
