Corn and broken wheat Pulao is a delicious and healthy recipe which can be served as a mid day meal.
Steps

Dry roast broken wheat.

In a pan add oil, add spices (cardamon, cinnamon, clove, cumin seeds, add chopped onions and saute well.

Once onion is transparent add corn, Capsicum and carrots with all dry masala powder, salt, sprinkle some water and cook.

Once vegetable are half cooked add roasted broken wheat add 1 cup water. Mix well close the lid and cook on slow flame.

Once the broken wheat is soft and fluffy add chopped coriander leaves and serve.
