Steps

Wash sausage one time, drain and keep

Spread the bacon slices on the kitchen towel

Beat egg with pepper and salt

Mix dried herbs with bread crumbs

Take a slices of bacon, keep the sausage on it and roll tightly and insert a clove to secure the roll

Dip all the rolls in beaten egg

Roll it on bread crumbs, (well coated)

Keep it fridge for 1hour

Take a pan and shallow fry the rolls in medium flame, until golden brown
- 10
Serve the hot roll starter with your favourite dip
