A simple and delicious dish to make at home 💜 Serves at least 5 people 🥰 depending on how you slice it 💕
Steps
- 1
Place the ground beef in a bowl and season to taste. I used salt, garlic and parsley seasoning, pepper, and a mix of assorted spices for extra flavor.
- 2
Mix everything together until well combined, then spread the mixture out on plastic wrap to form a rectangle about 3/4 inch (2 cm) thick, so it holds together.
- 3
If you don't have plastic wrap, you can use a plastic bag—just something that makes it easy to roll up later.
- 4
Layer the cheese, ham, and eggs on top of the flattened ground beef, so you can roll it up with the filling in the center.
- 5
Roll everything up, pressing gently to keep it together. Once rolled, seal the ends with a bit more ground beef to keep the cheese from leaking out.
- 6
Bake in the oven for at least 40 minutes.
- 7
Slice into portions and serve however you like. I served two slices with some rice and lettuce, and it was plenty.
- 8
This dish is filling, so it goes a long way 🥰 The filling is also flexible—feel free to customize it. Hope you enjoyed the recipe 💖 Thanks for reading 💕 Enjoy!
