Sarso Ka Saag (sarso, palak, bathua)

Take sarso, palak, bathua.

Cut them separately & wash all vegetables properly.

Place cooker on gas add 1 glass water, then add sarso, palak, bathua, green chilli, salt as per taste. Close the lid and cook for 2 whistles on high flame. Then cook for 15 minutes on low flame. Then switch off flame.

When pressure releases completely remove the lid, transfer in a deep bowl & let it cool completely. Take mixer jar & grind it properly.

Take mixer jar add tomato, ginger & make a fine paste. Heat oil in a wok add prepared mixtue in it. Saute till mixture releases the oil.

Add vegetables mixture in it & cook on medium flame for 10 to 12 minutes. Add salt & red chilli powder if required.

Add Desi ghee, makki ka atta, mix it well. Cook for 5 minutes on low flame

Sarso Ka Saag is ready to serve. Transfer in a serving bowl. Serve hot.
