Assemble all the ingredients wash all the veggies
Take a pan add water then boil veggies wen it done keep aside and strain - 2
Take a oil in a pan add punjabi gravy sauté for a while add all masala n mix well
Add boiled veggies mix well then add fresh cream n mix well keep it on slow flame
Cook for 4/5 mins add little water as per requirements
When it’s ready switch off the flame and take it out in serving bowl - 3
Restaurant style Veg toofani is ready to serve
