Easy Cold Ramen Noodles with Somen Noodles

I turned dan dan noodle soup into a ramen dish.
Some people who have tried this dish asked me if I made tonkotsu (pork base) soup. Some people asked me if I used sesame paste because it's flavourful and delicious.
Whenever I tell them that I used milk, mentsuyu, and ra-yu, they always seem surprised, but they never fail to finish the soup.
If you are using double concentrate mentsuyu, make soup with 50 ml of mentsuyu, 50 ml of water, 100 ml of milk, and ra-yu.

Cooking Instructions

Boil the somen noodles.

In the meantime, mix the ★ ingredients in a bowl, and make soup.

Rinse the freshly cooked somen noodles under cold running water, and add into the soup.

Add cucumber, boiled egg, and nori seaweed, etc., as toppings if you like.
