Boil the somen noodles. Cut the tomato into cubes and julienne the shiso leaves. Mix the ☆ ingredients for the dressing.

Rinse the cooked noodles under running water, transfer to ice cold water for a while, then drain well. Serve them up in a dish with the noodle sauce and top with the salad. Done.

If you prefer, use parboild tomatoes with their skins peeled.
