Ingredients

  1. 1 packetcornitos tomato Mexican nachos
  2. 3/4 cupboiled & grated potato
  3. 2 tbspfinely chopped onion
  4. Some finely chopped coriander
  5. 2 tbspfinely chopped fresh green garlic
  6. 1 tbspfinely chopped capsicum
  7. 1 tspRed chily powder
  8. 1 packetmaggi masalo
  9. 1 cupGram flour
  10. 1lemon juice
  11. Salt as taste
  12. Mint coriander nachos chuntey ingredient
  13. 1/2 cupfinely chopped fresh coriander
  14. 1/2 cupfinely chopped Mint
  15. 10-12nachos
  16. 1/4 cuppeanut
  17. 1lemon juice
  18. 2green chily
  19. 5-7garlic cloves
  20. 1 inchGinger
  21. 1 tbspsugar
  22. Black salt as taste

Cooking Instructions

    Take one bowl add the grated potato, coriander, green garlic,red chily powder, Maggi masalo,onion,capsicum,lemon juice, and salt mix it well,mixture are ready

    Take a triangle piece of nachos,spread the mixture on it, now put one other triangle piece of nachos on top,press the gently with the fingers

    In mixing bowl add the gram flour, salt then pour water just as needed to make a Thick batter

    Gently lift the stuffed nachos and the dip in batter,fry it till the light brown, nachos pakora are ready

    In mixer jar add the all ingredients, crush nachos and grind it,make paste it
    Mint coriander nachos chutney are ready
