Soak moong dal for 3-4 hours.Drain out.Grate dudhi.

In a grinder jar crush chillies, moong dal, green peas coarsely.

In a mixing bowl take all the ingredients together add salt and eno.Activate it.Add moringa powder.Stir vigorously.

Heat a pan add oil.spread this mixture thickly by hands.

Cover and cook until golden brown both sides., Serve hot with tomato sauce.
