First, you have to steam moong
Cut and wash onion, and rice - 2
Take a pressure cooker, and add ghee, ghee is melted add onion fry till golden brown, and add steam moong.
Cook well. When steam moong is cooked then add rice, salt, and sugar if you want, and fry well. When all are cooked then add water as required. And pressure cook in 3 to 4 whistles. - 3
When the pressure cooker is open. Take it into the plate. Serve with plum chutney and paneer bhurji
