Chikoo cut into pieces and make puree. In a pan dry roast ragi flour for 2 minutes on low heat.

Now add ghee & roast till fresh good aroma. At that time add chikoo puree, again roast it.

When both are mix proper add milk & water. Stir it continues to avoid lumps.

Now add dry fruits & cardamom seeds. Don't break, stir continues. At last add khaand. When it devolves proper & consume liquid complete, off the stove.

At this stage which shown in picture the halwa is ready. Delious, nutritious & power packed winter's sweet dish is ready for serve
