1/2 kgmilk
3 tbscustard powder
3 tbsmilk Powder
1 cupsugar
1/2 kgstrawberry clean washed and chopped
400grm Amul cream
Few drops red color
Few drops vanilla essence

Steps

Take strawberry clean washed and chopped keep in refrigerator and cream keep in refrigerator

Take a pan add milk sugar custard powder milkPowder mix well and cook well then to thik fom after cool add venila essence and red color mix well and keep in refrigerator

Take mixer jar add cream and blend smooth and custard mixture blend add strawberries and blend well

Now transfer into boxes and keep in freezer

After 8-10 hours again transfer into mixer jar and blend well smooth batter and pour into boxes and keep in freezer for 6-8 hours

Now again ice cream transfer into mixer jar and blend well and transfer into cantinar and keep in freezer for overnight

Now transfer into serving bowl garnish strawberry and strawberry sauce
