  • 100 gboiled mashed potato
  • 100 gmboiled mashed sweet potato
  • 4 tbspgram flour
  • 2 tbsprice flour
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspamchur powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • Oil for frying

    Mix boiled mashed potato and sweet potato. Add spices

    Mix these potato mixture with gramflour and rice flour to make a dough

    Grease the sev mould and put fresh sev in preheated oil and fry on medium flame till light brown
