Pre-Seasoned French Fries
These turned out great.
Cooking Instructions

Wash the potatoes peel and slice as evenly as you have time to.

I usually slice them lengthwise. Then I stack them up. Then i slice them Julienne style. Dissolve the salt in the warm water.

Rinse the potatoes twice in regular water then add the warm salted water. If they are not completely covered by the water add regular water till all are covered. Slosh the potatoes around to have the salty water incorporated. After 1 hour drain pat dry and fry in the hot oil.

Move to some paper towels to absorb excessive amounts of oil. Serve I hope you enjoy. No need to season with any salt the potato french fries absorb the salt through the water.
