Ingredients

  1. 1Eggplant
  2. to taste Pepper
  3. Egg
  4. Bread crumbs
  5. Hot oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and peel eggplant, cut in slices about 1/8 inch.

  2. 2

    Arrange slices in layers press to remove water.

  3. 3

    Dip each slice into beaten egg then bread crumbs, fry in hot fat.
